I’ve been there. Many, many times. I remember searching online for every class or tutorial I could find and coming up short. It seemed like all the information out there was geared toward architectural photographers and had nothing to do with creating images for the big world of interior design. I had to learn by trial and error (lots of error, ha!) and there were many times I felt like I was never going to learn.
Now that I’m at a place in my career where I’m booking dream clients and landing editorial placements I never thought possible, I know it’s time for me to pass on what I’ve learned. (secret: I don’t think I’ll ever feel like I’m “there” in terms of my art. I’m always pushing myself and know I still have so much more to learn.) But I believe that lighting someone else’s candle won’t diminish my own flame. When one of us rises, we all do. And I’ve found so much joy in helping others on their journey!
A mentoring session with me will be a 1 hour online video session. No topic is off limits! I’m an open book. I can walk you through specific edits, answer your questions about gear, lighting, etc., or simply give you direction on getting started. One thing’s for sure- I’ll be here to cheer you on whenever you’re ready.
